Lutgo Global has a large and current database of internationally oriented candidates, each of them with relevant education and experience. Our consultants, through carrying out intake interviews, have extensive contact with these candidates and know their backgrounds, their possibilities and their ambitions. In a number of cases there are also test results available, or on request, certain tests can be carried out. All our candidates are experienced managers and/or specialists.
Lutgo Global has supply conditions which distinguishes it from other recruitment bureaus. We operate under the principle of “no cure, no pay”, and with a personnel supply agreement from Lutgo Global, you owe us nothing until we have supplied you with a candidate of your choice. We also operate a “Money- back Guarantee”. This means that if within three months of the start of the candidate’s employment the relationship between the candidate and employer is broken, regardless of the reason, we will return 50% of the commission paid.
